We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Gabby is a petite lab mix.   She is about 1.5 years old and 45 lbs.  She has gorgeous chocolate brown fur with white markings.   Gabby and her sisters had a rough start in life, and then found themselves dumped at a high kill shelter.   The rescue pulled them, and got them fully vetted.   She will kennel up with treat incentive.   Gabby is shy when you first meet her, and takes a moment to warm up.   Once she knows you though, her tail will not stop wagging with happiness.   She will promptly roll over, and present her belly for rubs.   Gabby will need a home that will allow her to open up and adjust in her time frame. This is the key to Gabby  she needs to be in a home for a few hours without interaction with you.  This is the time she learns she is safe, and you can be trusted.  Once that time period is over, she is your shadow. Gabby will do best in a home that does not have a bunch of people coming and going.   She loves running and playing with her fur siblings.   She enjoys chewing on toys especially strong Kong ones.   Gabby is spayed, had all her shots, and is microchipped.
