We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

This little girl is EVERYTHING!  Cricket is a 10-week-old, 11 lb., American Bulldog mix who is probably the prettiest lil' thing I've seen in a long time. Cricket is 100% puppy energy who loves stalking & dirt rolling her little sister Willow, playing with her foster sister Lady, beating up random shoes, and corralling her favorite toys into her kennel for safe keeping.  She is very attentive for a puppy and loves when you talk to her, especially if its cuddle time...she will zonk out hard.  If you're looking for a nap buddy or a cuddle queen, Cricket is your gal!

We have not started leash training yet, but plan on doing so within the next couple of weeks.  She is crate trained, sleeps through the night, working on potty training but we still have accidents - she's 10 weeks old, accidents are going to happen.  We were told her litter was American Bulldog, but we honestly have no idea what these little grass goblins are mixed with until they get a little bit bigger.

Cricket will be ready for adoption on or around May 21st.  At that time, she will be fully vetted, microchipped, and spayed.  Cricket's adoption fee of $550.00 includes transportation to VA.   We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Cricket to her new family.
