We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Darla is a playful young lady in search of that perfect family!  Darla is an active girl, loves playtime and extended romps in the yard or park.  She is an affectionate, sweet young Shih Tzu mix, approx. 6 moths old, and a petite girl at about 8 lbs. Darla is crate trained and working on being housebroken, and loves to play with her toys. She is extremely dog friendly and would do well with a canine brother or sister. We would prefer she go to a home with older considerate children as she is so small.   She is spayed, up to date on shots, microchipped and ready to play!
