We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

OPIE IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO PA ONCE HE IS ADOPTED!

Opie is a 10 mo. old Boxer mix and has incredible ears!  He loves to run and play as any puppy does!  Opie is leash and crate trained and working on his house manners. He loves toys and his dog friends, is a bit shy upon meeting new people, but warms up quickly!  Opie would love a fenced in backyard to play in and to keep him safe while he runs off some of that energy!!  He also is a great snuggle buddy after all that running around. Opie will make a great running or hiking companion. He may be too much for very young children as he could knock them over with his exuberance.  Opie has not been tested with young children or cats, but we can safely say that older children are fine!  Opie has been neutered, is current on all his vaccinations and is microchipped!  

His adoption fee of $500 includes the transport to PA.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transporter that will bring Opie up north after he is adopted.
