We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

R2D2 IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO CT ONCE HE IS ADOPTED!

R2D2 is an incredibly sweet American Shorthair Blue Tabby mix.  He found himself without a home when his owner died.  Even though he is blind in one eye, the other eye has some sight.  He gets around just fine in the house and would make an excellent apartment kitty.  He would do fine as a single kitty or with a gentle companion.

He is neutered, has had all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, and a confirmed NEGATIVE FIV/FeLV test.  R2D2's adoption fee of $265 includes the transport to Southington or Willington, CT.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring him up north and to his adopted family.
