We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Soon after surviving recent surgery for a very large kidney stone, Comet lost the love of his life of eight years, Vixen.  We can tell he is lonely for a companion and hope someone will give this sweet boy a happy place to live out the rest of his days.  He is over 8 years old and considered a senior rabbit, but currently has no special care requirements aside from a low calcium diet.  

Before coming to New Beginnings in April, 2022, they lived life outside in a large enclosure. He is now enjoying the high life as an indoor rabbit with soft rugs and blankets, fun cardboard boxes, and daily treats.  Comet is very friendly and absolutely adorable to watch.
