We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Girlfriend here! 

I will easily become your closest friend(girlfriend). I just want to hang out with people, and lounge around. My foster family says I am a big ole couch potato. I guess I have earned that as I am around 6-7 years old. Don’t let that fool you though- I love going outside playing/ and for walks. I am wonderful with other dogs and kids. I am not a fan of cats-sorry! I am completely house trained, kennel trained, and leash trained. I come when you tell me. I ride well in a car. I love to tag along on all my foster moms outings. I don’t meet a stranger. I do feel everyone should pet me if they see me. She is completely vetted. Vetting includes spaying/neutering, microchip, rabies as well as all puppy vaccinations, and has been on preventatives. Her adoption fee of $550 includes the transport to MD. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Girlfriend up north to her new family.
