We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Say hello to Ginger! Ginger is a sweet little girl who loves to be petted and cuddled. She is a 5 year old Pom/Chi mix who weighs 8 pounds. Her favorite place to be is on the back of the couch where she can look out the window. She does good with other dogs. Ginger has not been around any cats. She is still working on being fully potty trained, but does still use a potty pad indoors. Ginger is fine to have free roam of the house when left alone. She is friendly with everyone she meets and is good with children! Ginger loves to do zoomies and can go from 0 to 60 in no time. She loves to sleep in the bed with her human but prefers her own pillow. Whomever is lucky enough to adopt this little girl is getting a gem! She is fully vetted including spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all puppy vaccinations. Her adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to VA. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Ginger C. up north to her new family.
