We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family. Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member! Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet. All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found. They are all checked by a veterinarian, current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Stunning Simon is a charming, laid-back boy looking for love and adventure! This independent yet excitable 1 year old can't wait to start his new life with you. Simon is a good looking dog who has basic obedience and is well behaved. He is good with leash walking, travels well in the car, housebroken, and crate trained. Simon looks for every opportunity to run around, play, dig, or sunbathe in the backyard. Simon goes with the flow in his foster home. He can be a caught taking naps with his feet in the air, chewing on sticks, or even running after leaves blowing in the wind. He lives in a foster home with other large dogs and cats. Simon has a fondness for his personal space so he is often laying in his dog bed with a few of his toys. He is looking for a quiet home where he'll get a daily walk and be allowed to live inside as a close member of his family. Simon is a goofy bundle of enthusiasm weighing about 60 pounds, so he needs to join a family with adults or older children. He is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all puppy vaccinations. His adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to MD. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Simon up north to his new family.
