We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family. Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member! Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet. All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found. They are all checked by a veterinarian, current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Yogi is about six months and currently weights 41 pounds. He was rescued by a client of one of our partner vets. He was running crazy in Memphis traffic in the middle of the night. Not the safest place for a sweet puppy to be! So she scooped him up and brought him to us and he is ready for a forever home of his very own.
Yogi stayed at the clinic for a while, then spent some time in a foster home and at a doggy daycare. He is good with other dogs and loves to play! He is kennel trained and does well in the house when supervised. We recommend crating him when he will be left alone unsupervised. He is doing well learning his manners but is still all puppy. He has never met a stranger and loves everyone he meets. He is an engaging energetic dog that would do best with a family with an active lifestyle that will include him in various activities including walks/hikes, trips to the dog park, and all types of adventures. His ideal family would have at least one other doggy companion to romp and play with. He would do best with school age kids or older or dog savvy younger children. His family would need to have a fenced in yard with enough space to be able to do "zoomies" with ease since he does love to run and play.
He is fully vetted, heartworm negative and on preventative, neutered and ready for his very own home. He has had 4 DHPP, 2 Bordetella, Rabies and isn't due for vaccines until the Fall of 2014. His adoption fee is $400 which includes the transport fee, health certificate, microchip and of course all vetting that has already been done or is in progress. If you are interested in Yogi, please email our New England coordinator Julie at julesromin@gmail.com or you can go to our website http://www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net/Adoption_Application.html and fill out an online application.
Thank you for considering a rescue dog!
