We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

I'm named after the dancer, Maks Chmerkovskiy.  Not only do I have some serious moves (you should see me with a squeaky toy).  I am one good looking pup and I have a charming personality to boot! I'm spunky and playful and love to snuggle up on the bed or the couch. I'm a Rat Terrier and I'm about nine months old. I'm housebroken, and I know how to sit! Basically I'm smart, I'm curious, and I'm loveable! I have little brown patches on the sides of my face and bright, vibrant brown eyes. I'm adorable. In fact, go ahead and look at me.
