We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Malcolm is a strikingly handsome German Shepherd/Labrador mix - two very smart dog breeds and Malcolm is a very smart pup!  He is about a year old and weighs approximately 60 pounds, so he is most likely done growing!  Malcolm is a very loving, affectionate boy with lots of energy.  He loves to play outside, but is also happy inside either loose in the house or in his crate.  Malcolm has wonderful social skills and has loved playing with his foster's Aussie and the dogs next door, and has shown no aggression towards anyone who's come over to visit.  He is house broken and has not had any training that we can tell, but is very intelligent and learns quickly.  Like most family dogs, he loves attention and likes to be in your lap or right by your side on the couch.

Malcolm has been completely vetted, microchipped, and is on HW preventative.
