We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Orville is a sweet little guy about 18 lbs.  He is also known as Winky since he has only one eye.  That doesn't slow him down one bit!  Orville was rescued from a local shelter after his owner passed away.  He didn't get the best of care, probably since his owner was in poor health, which caused him to have a damaged eye with no vision.  After a surgery to try to save his eye, the decision was made to remove it because keeping it would have caused daily eye drops to keep his eye moist like it's supposed to be.  So now a few months later, he is ready to find his forever home!  Orville is a happy dog and his little tail is always wagging.  He gets along will with the other small dogs in his foster home.  He does like to chase the cats if they will run.  If they don't run, they are no fun so he just ignores them.

Orville's adoption fee is $170.  This adoption fee includes all his medical treatment and vaccinations.  Orville is current on heartworm and flea preventative.  He has been neutered and is ready for a home of his own.
