We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Macy is a very sweet, gentle and affectionate three year old Rat Terrier mix.  She is dog, cat and children friendly, although she would do best with children out of the toddler stage.  She is hesitant at first when meeting new people, but does warm up almost immediately.  Her favorite thing to do is snuggle on you, next to you or under your blanket and she loves to burrow under the covers!  Macy is crate trained and is working on her house manners.  Macy likes to play with the other dog in her foster home.  Macy has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on all vaccinations.
