We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family.  Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e. personality, activity level, and family compatibility) so that we can help you find the perfect new family member!  Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.  All of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found.  They are all  checked by a veterinarian,  current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered and dogs are micro-chipped.

Tearza is a sweet little female puppy around 4 months old (as of 3/15/16).  I was told she is a Maltese / Shih Tzu mix but she could be part Cocker or Dachshund.  Whatever she is, she is a cutie.  She looks black in the pictures but she has a brown undercoat that seems to be becoming more prominent.  Tearza is a busy little girl who loves her toys!  Running and playing are her favorite things to do but she can be a little love bug too.  Tearza gets along well with other dogs and doesn't mind the cats in her foster home either.  She is crate trained and almost house trained.  She is a smart little cutie and does well on a leash and knows to "wait" before running out.  Tearza is already spayed, wormed, microchipped and current on vaccinations for her age.
